Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your shoes in their original Topo Athletic box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
